Get Verified Through the VA Community Care Network (VACCN)
Contact your VA primary care provider or care team and request a referral for mental health services through the VA Community Care Program (Optum/VACC). Be sure to specify that you prefer to be seen by an approved Community Care provider like us.

VA Approves and Authorizes Care
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the VA will issue an authorization
for you to see a provider outside the VA system. This includes details like:
