"My chest is tight. My thoughts are racing. Anxiety is telling me something is terribly wrong with me."
You're not agreeing with anxiety—you're just observing it.

Pick just one or two lies that feel most relevant today.
Read each lie. Then speak the Scripture-based affirmation out loud, even if it feels awkward or you don't fully believe it yet. That's okay. You're planting seeds, not demanding instant harvest.

Repetition is part of the healing process—not a sign that it's not working.
This practice takes patience and consistency, but you don't have to do it perfectly. You are not trying to force feelings to change—you are choosing to let God's Word lead your thoughts, even when feelings lag behind.

"I said these words and still feel anxious"
That's normal. You're not doing it wrong. Feelings often follow truth slowly. Keep going.
"I'm too tired to do this today"
Pick just ONE lie and ONE truth. Say it once. That's enough for today.
"This feels fake or forced"
You're being honest, and that's good. You don't have to feel it for it to be true. You're simply choosing to give God's Word a voice in your mind
"I've been doing this and I'm not better yet"
Healing is rarely linear. Some days will feel harder than others. The fact that you're still showing up matters more than you know.
